Service Information
SFB Courier Service provides same-day, direct courier and light haulage services across the UK.
All services are carried out on a dedicated, no multi-drop basis unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing & Quotations
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time
- Extra mileage
- Loading or unloading delays
- Changes to collection or delivery details
Waiting Time
- First 30 minutes free at collection and delivery
- Thereafter charged at £30 per hour (pro rata)
Cancellations
- Cancellations within 1 hour of collection time may be charged in full
- If the vehicle has already been dispatched, the job becomes chargeable
Failed Collection
If goods are not ready or the job cannot proceed:
- Waiting time charges will apply
- Full charge may apply where applicable
Liability
Goods are transported with care and in accordance with agreed instructions.
SFB Courier Service holds:
- £20,000 Goods in Transit Insurance
- £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance
Liability is limited in line with insurance cover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed prior to work being carried out.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
General
By booking SFB Courier Service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
